Troopers: One dead, another injured after Dauphin County crash

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A person died after a multi-vehicle crash on Wednesday in Dauphin County, State Police say.

Troopers said that the fatal crash was on Allentown Boulevard (US 22) at its intersection with Crawford Road before 1 p.m. and involved an SUV and a commercial vehicle.

The driver of the SUV was crossing the intersection when it was hit by the other vehicle, according to Troopers. Both drivers were rushed to the hospital for treatment.

However, the SUV driver died at the hospital, state police said.
