According to CouponBirds, they recently completed an analysis of 161,054 Google reviews which revealed the best (and worst) restaurant chains in the United States.

Currently, the U.S. has the world’s largest fast-food industry, worth more than $387.5 billion.

As part of this study, CouponBirds considered businesses with four or more restaurants and analyzed the reviews of 161,054 individual establishments. They then graded each chain business out of 5 using a fair, weighted average.

In addition to the “super chain” restaurants which are usually available nationwide, CouponBird also took state and regional eateries into account as well with this study.
