    Fatal crash closes stretch of Route 22 in Dauphin County

    DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A stretch of Route 22 in Dauphin County is closed for a fatal crash Tuesday night.

    A motorcycle and a passenger vehicle crashed around 8 p.m. on Route 22 and there is a closure between Mountain Road and Blue Ribbon Road, a spokesperson for PennDOT confirmed. The coroner was called to the scene.

    At least one person was killed in the crash, PennDOT said.

    There is no word on how the crash happened, or how long the closure will remain in place.

    Lower Paxton Township Police are at the scene investigating.
