Kelley Benefits says this acquisition will allow them to deepen their client base into Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., Delaware, New York, New Jersey, West Virginia, and Connecticut.

Additionally, the acquisition will allow them to better serve their clients through strategic collaborative opportunities and the potential to further expand their technology offerings.

“We’re pleased to welcome GBA to the Kelly Benefits team as this is truly a natural partnership between two companies that share similar values, backgrounds, and goals,” said Frank Kelly III, CEO of Kelly Benefits. “GBA’s footprint and expertise within the insurance and benefits industry will be a great addition to Kelly Benefits, enabling us to expand our reach and offerings to better service our customers.”

“As a result of this acquisition, GBA is now equipped to offer our customers an enhanced array of resources, support, and innovative solutions,” Matt Crowner, President of GBA added. “While the GBA brand will gradually change over time, we remain committed to delivering the same high level of service and solutions to our customers.”

Moving forward, Crowner will retain the leadership of the GBA team and the management of day-to-day operations.

It should also be noted that the GBA team, service, and headquarters in Gettysburg will continue to operate the same.

Gettysburg Benefits Administration was founded in 1979 and has operated as a privately owned, family-run business with partners, agents, and brokers serving throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, West Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

The company also serves as an ancillary general agent in Connecticut and New Jersey.
