The DA’s Office says video footage that captured the shooting showed the brothers shooting handguns from their front porch in the direction of two men. A bullet struck the home across the street which was occupied at the time.

Both brothers face two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of conspiracy, three firearms offenses, and four misdemeanor counts of recklessly endangering another person, per the DA’s Office. They are currently locked up in Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center and await a preliminary hearing scheduled for Oct. 15.
