HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — As the weather starts to cool down, over 400 students in Harrisburg will have new coats in preparation for winter.

Bread company Thomas’ Breads and non-profit Operation Warm provided brand-new coats to approximately 420 students at Downey Elementary School Wednesday.

The donation event is part of Thomas’ $300,000 donation to Operation Warm as part of their ongoing partnership and commitment to give back to the communities they serve.
