The empty ATM was later found in Baltimore and the investigation spanned into three states.

Police say Jaquawon Matthews, Barry Diggs, Donnell King, and Charonda Cook are incarcerated in Maryland and are now facing robbery and other charges related to the theft. All four suspects are from the Baltimore area.

Police say the suspects are possibly connected to other “smash & grab” ATM thefts in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Investigators are working with other agencies to investigate these thefts and those with information can call 717-854-1975.
