    Lancaster County Texas Roadhouse announces opening date

    EPHRATA, Pa. (WHTM) — Texas Roadhouse has officially announced the grand opening date for its new restaurant coming to Lancaster County.

    abc27 news reported back in August when Texas Roadhouse first confirmed that they had broken ground earlier this year on a new restaurant on 31 Quarry Ridge Drive in Ephrata, Lancaster County.

    Recently, Texas Roadhouse updated its website to share that the new location will officially open its doors on Monday, November 4.

    According to a Texas Roadhouse spokesperson, the new restaurant in Ephrata is going to be about 8,000 square feet in size, and once open the location is expected to employ about 200 staff members.

    Once the new restaurant opens, it will serve dinner only on Mondays through Thursdays from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Fridays from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. It will also offer lunch and dinner on Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

    Texas Roadhouse is based in Louisville, Kentucky, and was first opened back in 1993. Today, the popular steakhouse restaurant chain has more than 600 locations across 49 states and 10 foreign countries.
