    Lancaster Police investigating after firearm brandished, threats made

    LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Lancaster City Police are investigating after a man allegedly brandished a firearm and a teen made threats in Lancaster City.

    According to police, officers responded to reports of a man making threats with a firearm in the 500 block of Pershing Avenue at 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 3.

    Police said they learned a dispute between neighbors had escalated, leading the suspect to brandish a firearm. Officers located the suspect’s residence and recovered a firearm during a search of the home.

    Police say during the investigation a male juvenile allegedly began to make additional threats to neighbors, leading police to arrest them for disorderly conduct and terroristic threat. The identities of those involved were not disclosed by police.

    Police say this is an active investigation and anyone with additional information should contact police at 717-735-3300.
