CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Police in Cumberland County are looking for the man responsible for abandoning seven puppies.

East Pennsboro Township Police were contacted about seven puppies being found near the Susquehanna – Perry Park area in Enola on Friday, Oct. 11, according to a news release. Police were given a possible name of “Chris” by the man who reached out to them.
