    Suspects wanted for scaring attendees, PSP horses by setting off firecrackers during Dauphin County festival

    LOWER PAXTON, Pa. (WHTM) — Two people who set off firecrackers, scaring attendees and Pennsylvania State Police horses during the Koons Park fireworks and food trucks display in July are being sought by police.

    The firecrackers were set off by two females in a packed parking near bystanders, while police were trying to break up a disorderly crowd during the festival in Linglestown, Lower Paxton Township Police said in a news release on Wednesday.

    Horses from State Police, along with the bystanders, were spooked and began to run after the firecrackers were set off by the females, the release states.

    There was a fight broke out between juveniles at the festival led to multiple people being taken into custody for disorderly conduct.
