    Police investigating armed robbery at York County Turkey Hill

    YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– Pennsylvania State Police are searching for a suspect who held employees at gunpoint while robbing a Turkey Hill in York County on Wednesday night.

    According to police, at 10:28 p.m. on Oct. 16, troopers responded to a Turkey Hill at 346 West Broadway in Red Lion Borough for a reported robbery. Troopers arrived at the scene after the suspect had fled.

    During the initial investigation, police determined a man in their late teens or early 20s approached both cashiers with a firearm and demanded cash. Police say a total of $214 was stolen.

    Police said the suspect is described as a 5’10 light-skinned black or Hispanic male, last seen wearing black pants, a gray sweatshirt, and a medical mask.

    Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating the suspect. Anyone with video footage of the area or any information is encouraged to contact PSP York at 717-428-1011.
