LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — A locally owned cafe in Lancaster County has officially announced the grand opening date for its second Midstate location.

abc27 news reported back in September when the owner of the Wired Cup Cafe first announced that they would soon be opening a second cafe location on 216 North Duke Street in the City of Lancaster.

Over the weekend, the Wired Cup Cafe announced on Facebook that the official grand opening for the new cafe will held be on Monday, October 21.

The Wired Cup Cafe is owned and operated by Kelsi Martin, who first debuted her cafe on 440 North Reading Road back in March 2021.

Since its debut, the cafe has become known for offering locally roasted coffee drinks, fresh bagels, and more than 40 different flavors of homemade cream cheeses. The cafe also offers a variety of menu items such as sandwiches, burritos, and salads that include their popular house-smoked meats.

According to Martin, the new location coming to 216 North Duke Street , which was previously occupied by Bruno’s Hoagies , is approximately 1,000 square feet in size and will be about to seat about 24 guests between their indoor and outdoor seating sections.

Once open, the Wired Cup Cafe’s hours of operation will be Mondays through Sundays from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
