    Person shot in Lancaster, police investigating

    LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — One person was taken to the hospital after being shot in Lancaster on Friday, and police say they are investigating.

    Lancaster City Police found a victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound in the 100 block of E. James Street at 1:48 p.m., according to a news release.

    Breaking News

    The victim did not cooperate with officers and was treated at the hospital for a non-life-threatening injury, the release reads.

    No one is in custody. Police said they were called to the area for a reported fight involving a gunshot.
