PLEASANT GROVE, Utah ( ABC4 ) — Could the former Evermore Park be haunted? Well, it turns out, you may not be alone if you have seen or heard something that sent chills up your spine while visiting the attraction.

In April, Evermore Park shut its gates, leaving many to wonder what would happen next. Now the property’s new owners Michelle and Travis Fox are working on reimagining the space — but may have made some eerie discoveries along the way.

Recently, the Foxes have released the “ Hatch the Egg ” initiative, an interactive app where participants will slowly unlock more information about what the former fantasy park will become. But, it’s not all they’re working on. A new ghostly YouTube series will soon be thrilling viewers as the mysteries of the park are unearthed.

Wednesday, a new video was posted to the “RealmTube” channel, which is also linked on the Hatch The Egg website . In the video, you can see the Foxes team up with ghost hunters, reacting to readings and other paranormal findings. The video refers to a “darker spirit” and a “child spirit”, just some of the findings during the filming.

This is only a teaser of what’s to come — the ending of the video leaves viewers in awe with a bone-chilling scream. Much more is in store with full episodes of “Ghost Quest” coming soon.

Michelle Fox met with ABC4.com in anticipation of “Ghost Quest,” saying as she and her husband started researching the property, they were hearing stories and learning more that suggested there may be some paranormal secrets within the park’s land.

Michelle said they discovered multiple stones used to create the buildings throughout the park were imported from Europe, which may carry some mysteries with them.

In addition, Michelle said she heard multiple stories from people saying they’ve experienced odd happenings around the park. She and her team brought in channelers and mediums, and had tarot readings done to learn more about what could be behind it, documenting the experience on video.

“There’s been a lot of rumors and wonderful stories that we have heard of past employees or past people that have been on this property that have had some sort of activity, so we wanted to see what was it all about,” she said. “Is it real? Are there things really lurking in the shadows here or is it just folklore? We were very surprised of the amazing reactions we got the nights we have been filming.”

Michelle said as they were filming and trying to track the possible paranormal occurrences at the park, she was caught off guard by some of the findings.

“Some of these stories are very much in alignment with what has been seen, heard, or experienced throughout the park when other individuals were here,” she said.

Michelle said she’s curious to hear more from the community on their thoughts about activity or spirits, saying to let the team know if there are any buildings specifically you want to learn more about.

More revelations on “Ghost Quest” will be revealed through the “Hatch the Egg” game. In addition to that, other series will appear on the YouTube channel, focusing on the renovation of the park and animals that have made their way to the property and have been rescued.

Every single week, Michelle said, there will be more videos released, giving viewers an insight into what’s next. As work continues on the park, she said she wants the community to be involved and see every step of it.

Michelle remarked that she can see the spark returning to the property. As of now, the large tower on it has been lit, with banners released on its sidelines. While the park is still a construction zone, she said this is something fun and new you can see from the road, giving a sneak peek that the land is coming back to life.
