PHOTOS: 1 hospitalized after 3 a.m. crash in Toquerville

TOQUERVILLE, Utah ( ABC4 ) — One person was hospitalized after an early-morning car crash in Toquerville on Saturday, according to officials.

Crews responded to the scene around 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, according to Hurricane Valley Fire and Rescue, and the crash involved two people — one of whom had to be extricated from the vehicle.

Officials did not initially clarify if the person who was extracted was the person who was taken to the hospital. Officials also did not provide information about the condition of the person in the hospital.

Deputies with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene in addition to crews from Hurricane Valley Fire and Rescue.
