    One ejected, critically injured in Hurricane rollover crash

    HURRICANE, Utah ( ABC4 ) — One person was ejected from a vehicle and taken to the hospital after a rollover crash in Hurricane Saturday night, according to Hurricane Valley Fire & Rescue.

    At around 10:40 p.m. on Sept. 14, authorities responded to reports of a vehicle rollover on S.R. 9 at mile marker 6.

    “One of the vehicles involved in the rollover was a truck and it had two occupants, one of the occupants was ejected from the vehicle,” Hurricane Valley Fire & Rescue stated on social media .

    That ejected individual was taken to St. George Regional Hospital in critical condition.

    Law enforcement is currently investigating the cause of this crash. Hurricane City Police and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the incident.

    The identity of the victim has not been released at this time.

    No further information is currently available.
