    MISSING: Man last seen at University of Utah hospital, police say

    SALT LAKE CITY ( ABC4 ) — Nicholas Foutz, 33, has been found safe, according to Salt Lake City Police.

    No further information is available at this time.

    SALT LAKE CITY ( ABC4 ) — A man has been reported missing out of Salt Lake City, according to Salt Lake City Police.

    Nicholas Foutz, 33, was reportedly last seen on Wednesday, Oct. 16, at the University of Utah hospital. Foutz is living with autism and other medical conditions that require care, according to police.

    “He tends to avoid people and has social anxiety,” a statement from SLCPD reads.

    Foutz is reportedly 5’9″ tall, 135 pounds, and was last seen wearing a red jacket.

    “If found, please contact us at 9-1-1,” SLCPD stated.

    No further information is available at this time.
