    Jefferson Community College off April 8 to observe total solar eclipse

    WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – Jefferson Community College will be off on Monday, April 8 in observance of the total solar eclipse slated for that day.

    The JCC website lists no school for students on that date. The school’s offices will also close at noon in preparation for the event.

    SUNY Potsdam is also off for the day while colleges across the area will have festivities on that date.
