April 12, 13 & 14: St. Lawrence University String Orchestra 20th-anniversary concert

The St. Lawrence University String Orchestra and friends present their 20th-anniversary concert, “Musicians’ Choice Concert: Celebrating 20 Years,” which features an assortment of orchestral musical stylings, all selected by participating orchestra musicians from 20 years of past concert programs.

When and Where:

• Friday, April 12 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Russell Theatre in Russell, NY;
• Saturday, April 13 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Pickens Hall in Heuvelton, NY; and
• Sunday, April 14 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Peterson-Kermani Performance Hall in Canton, NY.

This concert, under the direction of Christian Hosmer, will feature everything from pop music arrangements from ABBA, The Beatles, and Queen, to great film score selections from Legends of the Fall, Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Wars and Titanic.
