Ogdensburg’s 20th Annual Car-B-Que

OGDENSBURG, N.Y. (WWTI) – The St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce presents the 20th Annual Car-B-Que, Ogdensburg’s classic car show and family fun day on Saturday, June 8, at 10 a.m.

The Car-B-Que will feature trophies, vendors, family activities, Kiwanis Touch-A-Truck event, raffles and more. The classic car show will begin with registration by the parking lot on the Fort LaPresentation property at 22 Albany Avenue in Ogdensburg. With the Car-B-Que being held at the Fort LaPresentation property.

Classic car registrations are only $10 and there will be award trophies for the following categories:

• Best Mopar;
• Best 60’s Car;
• Best 50’s Car;
• Best Model A Ford;
• Best Orphan Car;
• Best Paint;
• Best Under 25;
• Club Participation;
• Best Truck;
• Ladies Choice;
• Don Morley Trophy;
• Best Ford;
• People’s Choice;
• Best Muscle Car;
• Best GM;
• Best Motorcycle;
• Best Classic;
• Best Street Rod;
• President’s Choice;
• Best Sports Car;
• Best Foreign;
• Most Unique;
• Best of Show; and
• Best Corvette.

Judging will begin at 2 p.m. all checks are to be made payable to the SLC Chamber of Commerce, in US funds.

Other events happening during Car-B-Que that are free for kids are:

• The Ogdensburg Kiwanis Club will be hosting its’ Touch-A-Truck event.
• Friends of the Ogdensburg Library will be hosting kids’ games with prizes.
• Key Club will provide face painting.
