Multiple construction projects on tap for Watertown on Monday

WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – A number of construction projects are on the agenda for today in the City of Watertown.

Chestnut Street will be shut down from Holcolmb Street to Sherman Street from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. both Monday, May 20 and Tuesday, May 21.

The intersection of Winslow Street and Hamlin Street will be closed on Monday, but should re-open on Wednesday. However, traffic will be allowed to pass through starting at 5 p.m. each night.

Motorists are asked to use patience and look for different routes for the duration of these projects.
