Flower Memorial Library marble cornice project completed

WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – The historic Flower Memorial Library’s up-front facelift has been completed.

In a press release, work on the marble cornice is officially complete. The front of the library will be officially re-opened on Wednesday, May 22 to coincide with the opening of the Watertown Farm and Craft Market.

The front door on Washington Street will be opened again for public use. The front door will be opened during our regular business hours.

The library is also still holding a naming contest for the two lions at the front of the structure that is running until May 31.

There will also be a blood drive at the library tomorrow as well.
