    St. Lawrence Co. man charged with drug possession after Monday traffic stop

    MORRISTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – A 28-year-old Massena man is facing drug charges after a Monday traffic stop in St. Lawrence County.

    New York State Police charged Ryan Labaff with three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

    Watertown Police charge woman for allegedly killing cat by putting it in oven

    Troopers pulled Labaff over on the Scott Bush Road in the town of Morristown and allegedly found fentanyl, cocaine, and MDMA.

    Labaff was transported to the state police headquarters in Ogdensburg for processing.

    He was arraigned in the Morristown Town Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Jail without bail.
