City of Watertown dealing with water main break on Michigan Avenue

WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – The City of Watertown is dealing with a water main break that’s causing interruptions on Michigan Avenue.

In a press release, City of Watertown Department of Public Works crews are dealing with a water main break on Michigan Ave from Ohio Street to Columbia Street. Crews will be isolating the water main in order to fix the issue.

City officials said it was an unforeseen incident and are working to restore water service as soon as possible.

The city’s Water Distribution Department would like to thank you for your patience and cooperation while this work is completed.
