    St. Lawrence Co. pair charged with alleged possession of stolen generator

    WADDINGTON, N.Y. (WWTI) – A pair from St. Lawrence County are facing charges after allegedly trying to sell a stolen generator.

    New York State Police charged 32-year-old Regina Pribble and 36-year-old Rusty Simmons, both of Ogdensburg, with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

    The duo allegedly were in possession of a stolen Honda generator and were attempting to sell it on the marketplace after responding to Brookview Drive in the town of Waddington for a larceny complaint around 8 a.m. Monday, August 19.

    Pribble and Simmons were transported to the state police headquarters in Massena for further questioning. Both were arrested and processed and the same location.

    They were arraigned in the City of Ogdensburg Court. Pribble was released on her own recognizance, while Simmons was remanded to St. Lawrence County Jail without bail.
