    Ithaca woman arrested for threatening driver with a knife and stun gun after a car accident

    ITHACA, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A 40-year-old woman from Ithaca was arrested after allegedly threatening a driver with a knife and stun gun and slashing the driver’s tires after a vehicle crash in Ithaca on Saturday, Sept. 7.

    Police were called to the crash at the 100 block of Dryden Road around 1:50 p.m.

    They say the woman, Katrena Miller, threatened the other driver involved in the crash with a knife and a stun gun.

    Miller also allegedly slashed one of the driver’s tires, and did all of this in front of three juveniles, police say.

    She was arrested on scene and charged with:

    • Criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth-degree, a Class A misdemeanor
    • Menacing in the second-degree, a Class A misdemeanor
    • Criminal mischief in the fourth-degree, a Class A misdemeanor
    • Three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor

    Miller is scheduled to appear in Ithaca City Court at a later date, according to police.
