THRIVE Wellness moving Lowville OASAS location

LOWVILLE, N.Y. (WWTI) – THRIVE Wellness is moving their Lowville New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) outpatient substance use clinic.

The move will be effective on Monday, September 16 and see the current location go from 7714 Number Three Road to the Lowville Commons at 7550 South State Street in the village.

THRIVE will continue to provide mental health and substance use services across the lifespan at this location including screenings, assessments, individual, group and family counseling, care management, peer services, vocational services, medication prescribing and management, harm reduction services, referrals, and coordination of care.

The organization doesn’t anticipate any interruptions to its services during the transition and all patients have been notified.

In a press release, THRIVE said the move ” is part of our ongoing commitment to improve access to care, enhance patient services, and increase operational efficiencies while addressing the growing need for mental health and substance use support within Lewis County.”
