Road Work Alert: Parker Street in Watertown

WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – Parker Street in the City of Watertown will be closed for part of the day due to paving.

The city’s Department of Public Works will close Parker Street from State Street to Franklin Street.

The one-way portion of Sterling Street from Franklin Street to Parker Street will also be shut down for the day.

Work began at 7 a.m., but is expected to be finished by the end of the day. Drivers are asked to seek alternate routes for the duration of the project.
