GOUVERNEUR, N.Y. (WWTI) – According to State Police, a Gouverneur man was arrested on Friday, September 13, for criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and issued vehicle and traffic tickets.

Troopers have stated that at approximately 11:26 a.m., they observed a 2015 black Chevrolet Malibu traveling on East Main Street in the village of Gouverneur allegedly violating a vehicle and traffic law. The Trooper initiated a traffic stop and interviewed the driver who was identified as Jordan M. Halladay, age 34.
