    Cayuga Co. man allegedly threatened woman with a knife and sexually harassed her

    CAYUGA COUNTY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Charles Marble-McCloe on Sept. 16, for multiple charges.

    The Martville man is accused of allegedly using a Sawzall blade to threaten a female and then subject her to unwanted sexual contact.

    Marble-McCloe has been charged with sex abuse in the first degree, menacing in the first degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.

    He was arraigned at CAP Court where he was remanded to the Cayuga County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond.
