    11-month-old taken to Upstate Hospital after inhaling ‘narcotic substance’

    SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Syracuse police were called to a home at the 100 block of Knaul Street off Butternut Street for an 11-month-old baby who inhaled a “narcotic substance” around 10:20 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26.

    Police say the baby was taken to Upstate Hospital and is in stable condition, police say.

    No charges have been filed. The investigation is ongoing.
