Watertown woman facing multiple charges after alleged domestic incident

WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – A 25-year-old Watertown woman has been accused of multiple charges following an alleged domestic incident on the evening of Tuesday, October 8.

Watertown Police charged Jamarrah Johnson with criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree assault and second-degree menacing.

The charges stem from when she allegedly grabbed the victim by the throat, hit them in the head with an aerosol can and threatened them with a kitchen knife.
