What about the retired officer Familigetti of Providence drunk driving and killing a 53 year old woman on her bicycle in Exeter RI . He was hand cuffed with two pairs of handcuffs so it would not hurt his wrist. The preferable treatment starts with the Police. And then it goes to court in front of a corrupt judge and prosecutor. As matter of fact he even had someone in his family that is a judge. Judge Familigetti. And he has an Attorney in his family name Familigetti. Because RI is corrupt he won't have to serve one day in jail. Ever since he was arrested arraigned and given $ 20,000 bond he never appeared in court again.
