A criminal complaint received on Thursday states that the lady who was discovered dead under a sleeping bag on a sidewalk in Manhattan last week had been seen alive on surveillance footage, putting out trash in her apartment building late last month, but she was never seen leaving the floor.

Yazmeen Williams was spotted in her East 28th Street building in Kips Bay around 1:45 p.m. on June 30. She wore black high-top sneakers with white soles and black shorts.

According to the lawsuit, neither the stairway nor the elevator were used to witness her leave the floor. It further claims that until her death was found on July 5, she was never seen on camera exiting the premises.

The Footage of The Wheelchair Guy

Prosecutors claim that four days earlier, on the evening of June 26, surveillance footage captured Williams fighting with a guy who seemed to be seated in a wheelchair in a hallway just inside an apartment. "I will shoot you," he allegedly says, as stated in the lawsuit. It's unclear what might have started the argument.

Chad Irish is the man in the wheelchair, according to the prosecution.

The Man On The Wheelchair Is Accused of Killing

In relation to Williams' death, they accused Irish of killing her and concealing a human corpse. Williams' body was found on Friday within a mound of clearly marked trash cans.

It was determined that she was killed. How long her body was in the sleeping bag until the horrifying discovery is unknown.
