At 10:15 p.m. on Friday, law enforcement officials were dispatched to a residence in Bensonhurst at the intersection of Avenue P and West Eighth Street. When they arrived, they found that Fayzieva Mavlyuda, who was 56 years old, had been stabbed multiple times in the neck.

Maftuna Khakimova, then 27 years old, had also suffered numerous stab wounds. The other two sad casualties were Timur Shavkatov, four years old, and Kamila Shavkatov, five.

It is thought that the four victims are related to one another, according to law enforcement officials.

The Father of The Kids Informed The Police

According to the police, the father of the kids entered the flat, saw the horrific crime scene, and then called 911.

Shahboz Rajabboev, who is reportedly the uncle of the kids and the son of the oldest victim, was taken into custody at the site, according to law enforcement authorities. Afterwards, four counts of first- and second-degree murder were brought against him.

Neighbors Reported That The Family Recently Moved From Uzbekistan To New York

Rajabboev's attorney's details weren't immediately accessible on Monday.

According to neighbors, the family left Uzbekistan and moved to New York.

It took some time for further information about the killings, including the motive, to surface. Investigators are investigating if a domestic disagreement had anything to do with the unfortunate killings.
