The police are looking for a group of males who allegedly robbed a 19-year-old at gunpoint and with a knife.

Authorities said that on July 20, at 1:15 a.m., a gang of eight guys approached the 19-year-old at 14 East 60 St. At that point, according to the police, they surrounded him, brandished a gun and several knives, and punched him in the face. According to officials, the group stole the 19-year-old's backpack and cell phone.

When last seen, the group was running toward Central Park. Despite having minor injuries, the 19-year-old refused medical assistance. The police have made public images of the eight guys wanted in connection with the crime.
