Following a tumultuous police shooting on Sunday inside a New York City subway station, two persons are in serious condition today. Numerous footage circulating on social media and within the police department show mayhem as commuters rush onto the elevated subway platform to escape the gunshot.

Police bodycam footage, according to former NYPD Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce, will likely provide the complete picture.

Boyce stated, You must understand that the subways are a very condensed environment with many people, so the tactics are slightly different there. It is necessary to address the issue of people carrying guns in the subway system, but you must act following your training, intuition, and tactics.
