Prosecutor revokes plea deal, files notice to seek death penalty for Lance Broncho
Bonneville County Prosecutor Randy Neal is now seeking the death penalty and has revoked a plea agreement for Lance Broncho due to violations of the agreement over the past months. Broncho, of Shelley, was charged with felony first-degree murder in the death of Eric Leask, felony aggravated battery, felony robbery, felony burglary and felony unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
