Suspect on the run after stealing 3 checks in Leitchfield, cashing 1 for thousands of dollars
A man who stole checks from residents in Grayson County has been identified by police. Anthony O’Brian Davis, of Magnolia, North Carolina, was indicted by a Grayson County Grand Jury on July 1 on multiple forgery charges after he stole three checks, washed them and re-wrote the checks to himself for over $3,000.

37MADISONVILLE 0705 The Madisonville police have two suspects in the theft of copper. Eric Harris and Christopher Blair were arrested by officers on patrol at 2:30 last Sunday morning. Harris and Blair were found at 19-09 South Main on the lawn of Exotic Florist. They were carrying bundles of copper pipe and a large red backpack. The police say when they were spotted, they took off running. Burglary tools were located. The investigation found that the stolen items had come from the Old Praire Farms Milk Company on McLeod Lane. Harris and Blair are now at the county jail.
