Crime Reports: Man says he was shot in leg by unknown suspect in Abilene

Incidents

1600 block of W Stamford Street – Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon
A victim reported he was shot in the leg by an unknown suspect.

1600 block of W Stamford Street – Criminal Trespass
Two suspects were found at a hotel they had been trespassed from before and were arrested.

800 block of Grape Street – Theft of Property
A suspect was contacted after taking a drink from the store without paying.

2100 block of N 18th Street – Theft of Property
A victim reported money was stolen from her safe.

3200 block of Pine Street – Criminal Mischief
A victim reported an unknown suspect threw a rock through her driver’s side window.

5300 block of Burbank Drive – Unauthorized Use of Vehicle
A victim reported he loaned his friend a car to get something from the store, and the friend never returned with his vehicle.

2800 block of Canton Place – Burglary of Habitation
A victim reported an unknown suspect burglarized her residence and stole property.

700 block Ambler Avenue – Forgery Government/National Inst/Money/Security
A suspect is accused of forging a writing that would intentionally defraud or harm a local business.

1200 block of Harmony Drive – Assault Family Violence
A north Abilene residence reported she was assaulted by her boyfriend and he did wish to press charges.

2100 block of Amarillo Street – Theft of Motor Vehicle
A vehicle was reported stolen.

3400 block of Ambler Avenue – Assault Family Violence

2400 block of S 1st Street – Aggravated Assault Deadly Weapon
An unknown suspect pulled a knife on a citizen and threatened him.

2300 block of Innisbrook Drive – Burglary of Vehicle
Golf clubs worth $6,000 were reported stolen.
