Summary: We are finally at the halfway point of the work week and some good changes are in the forecast. A cold front is currently moving through the region bringing the chance for an increase in cloud cover and thunderstorms south of I-20 keeping temperatures below that triple digit mark for a majority of us in our community. Well watch for the possibility of small hail, gusty winds and dangerous lightning with any thunderstorms that develop by this afternoon heading into the overnight expected partly cloudy skies and will keep at least some cloud cover over the next few days with a chance for almost daily showers becoming best as a warm front pushes north on Saturday and then stalls over the area by Sunday heading into next week temperatures feeling a lot cooler into the mix of the upper 80s well below average.

Today: Partly sunny skies with cloud cover increasing with scattered thunderstorms by later this evening. High Temperature: 99° Winds: SSW>NNE 5-10 MPH

Tonight: Front stalls to our south keeping hope for an isolated rain shower slim. Partly cloudy but seasonal. Low Temperature: 73° Winds: SSE>NNE 5-10 MPH
