Dozens of teenagers crowded the Druid Hill Park Pool on Friday night for the first Splash Fest Teen Pool Party of the summer. "It's so important to provide our young people with things to do," said Noell Lugay, the city's assistant deputy mayor of human services. BALTIMORE -- Three men are facing charges after a police officer was hospitalized in an incident involving illegal fireworks in southwest Baltimore on July 4. Maryland Zoo chimpanzee celebrates fifth birthday
