I am honored to have the opportunity to lead our school that has such a rich and storied tradition! I have been dedicated to the field of education for more than 30 years as a teacher, coach, and administrator. I have spent the last 21 years in administration - from being a Principal, Assistant Principal, Athletic Director, Supervisor of: Special Education, Health &amp; PE, and Performing &amp; Fine Arts.</p></blockquote><p>McGhee believes in collaboration and wants to foster an environment that will encourage maximum learning opportunities. This is a joint effort between the school, the students, and their family members.</p><blockquote><p>Along with our staff, I will work hard to continue the legacy of success established at Holy Spirit. For me, the key to this endeavor lies in building strong relationships with parents, students, and community partners. In fact, inspiring conversations with staff, students, community members, alumni, retired HS educators, etc. have excited me to get at it right away! Together, we can continue to make Holy Spirit HS one of the best choices in education parents can make in South Jersey. I know we can do it.
