I'm sooo sick and tired of hearing about Serenity Towers and to the residents no you shouldn't have to.live in those conditions so start preparing yourselves to MOVE. They do not wish to make any improvements, becus they don't want yoy there so they will eventually sell. That location is very hot property so what's going to happen is a new owner going to come in renovate or demolish and rebuild to whereas you all will not be able to afford the rent. Look around that area is prime real estate and to be honest Serenity is out of place in that area. Start now and do not wait until last minute to look for someplace else to move becuz you will have to SOON. Just as what happen with the Pepper tree.
