    I think housing them in vacant big box stores is a good temporary option. Cleanliness and a roof over your head is nessesary to getting a job and off the streets. A plus side to this is public services would have a safer environment to see what needs these folks need. Redding has the resources to help. Do we have the WILL?

    200k for sport complex maintanence right after proposing fines for storing homless broke peoples things. seems like that 200k could be pit to better use expanding himless shelter beds so they have somewhere to send all the people in the camps. the missiin is filling up fast and will soon be out of space then where do these people go? And homeless people with animals are at a complete loss no where for them to go need to either prevent them from having animals so they can enguage in available shelter servcies.
