Acworth Cultural Arts Bluegrass Festival

Acworth Cultural Arts announced its inaugural bluegrass concert, featuring a lineup of talent on July 27.

The event will take place at the Tanyard Creek Overlook at Logan Farm Park, located inside the Acworth Recreation Center, 4361 Cherokee Street in Acworth. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. Concert will be from 5 to 8 p.m.

The Lonesome River Band, celebrated for their latest album The Winning Stand, will headline the concert. Special guests will be The Steed Brothers and The Dixie Ramblers. Storyteller and emcee Leslie Shelley will entertain and engage the audience between sets.

There will be a raffle for a chance to win prizes, including:

♦ A one-year membership to Governors Gun Club of Kennesaw. The total value of the membership basket is $695.

♦ A Masterbuilt Signature Series electric smoker, valued at $200.

♦ A Yeti Roadie Cooler along with two premium Timber Ridge camping chairs with side tables, valued at $350.
