Hilltop property cleaned, trashed again; residents seek lasting solutions
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Hilltop residents called ABC 6 after a problem property that got cleaned up in May is back to being trashed again. According to 311 reports, the property located at 571 South Harris Avenue had been the destination for illegal drug use, squatting and theft. Reports also claimed the properties were overgrown and covered with trash.
