    Ada's newest non-profit Building Athletes kicks off its first donation drive

    ADA, Okla., (KTEN)-- Building Athletes is a new non-profit in Ada, and throughout October, they will be hosting their first sporting equipment drive. "It was really kind of created because of a need that we saw within our community as well as a passion to bridge that gap between our youth and maybe the financial barrier that causes some not to participate, and we know how important athletics and sports are to our youth," said Building Athletes board member Shana Wood.
