Brunch man sentenced to over 12 years for kidnapping and weapons charges
MUSKOGEE, OK (KTUL) — A man from Bunch was sentenced to serve time in prison on kidnapping and weapon charges. According to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, 38-year-old Justin Kyle Muskrat was sentenced to 12 and a half years for one count of kidnapping in Indian Country and 10 years for one count of felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. The counts will run concurrently.
